Rosie Processing Disclosure

• Document analysis — when you upload a bill, letter, or other document, Rosie reads it to suggest a category, urgency, deadline, key fields, and a plain-language summary.
• Call-script generation — Rosie drafts a suggested talk-track for a concierge before they phone a provider.
• Mission summaries and family updates — Rosie drafts a short summary for you to review.
• Conversational guide — Rosie answers questions about the app using only app context, never your data.
• Onboarding summary — Rosie drafts a Care Circle name and a suggested first task from the answers you gave.
• Medication name extraction — Rosie reads a photo of a medication label or pill to suggest the name.
• Ambient Context — Rosie transcribes a conversation you opted to record (via ElevenLabs Scribe) and extracts a short summary and draft care tasks for you to review. Diagnostic, dosage, triage, and eligibility content is stripped before saving. The raw audio is deleted after transcription.

• We send Rosie's requests directly to the model providers CareRunner has registered for this deployment — Google (Gemini) and/or OpenAI (GPT), depending on the task.
• Our provider terms require that your inputs are not used to train the providers' base models.
• Providers are listed on the Sub-processors page.

• Document features: the bytes of the document you uploaded (image or PDF), plus a short instruction prompt.
• Call scripts and summaries: the relevant task title, description, and conversation history you'd already see in the app.
• Onboarding summary: the answers you typed in the chat (no document data).
• Guide: only the public app content — never your personal data.
• We do not send anything to Rosie's provider that is not needed for the specific feature.

No Rosie suggestion is acted on automatically. A concierge or a family approver always reviews and confirms before anything external happens (a call, a payment request, a schedule change).

We do not currently have a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Rosie's providers. If you are a US resident and the documents you upload contain protected health information (PHI), we recommend you redact them first or skip Rosie analysis for those documents. We are actively working on a BAA-eligible path; the Roadmap page tracks progress.

• You can withdraw consent for Rosie processing in Settings → Privacy. Doing so disables document Rosie suggestions and Rosie drafting on your account.
• Existing Rosie runs that were already stored remain in the audit log so the concierge work history stays intact.

Rosie can make mistakes. She can misread amounts, dates, names, and intentions. Always check important details against the original document and consult a qualified professional for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
