Terms of Service

CareRunner is a software product and a small concierge service that helps families coordinate care administration — bills, paperwork, appointments, medication tracking, and similar. It is an early-stage MVP.

• Not medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or replace your clinicians.
• Not legal, tax, or financial advice.
• Not an emergency service. If someone is in danger, call your local emergency number.
• Not an autonomous agent. Rosie's suggestions are always reviewed by a human before any external action is taken.
• Not a payment processor today. We may add payment features later; you'll be told and asked for separate consent.

• You must be 18 or older, or have authority to act for the person you are coordinating care for.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Family Admin of a Care Circle can invite members, remove them, set permissions, and delete circle data. By accepting an invitation, you agree to the admin's reasonable management of the circle.

• Do not upload data about anyone who has not authorized your handling of their information.
• Do not use CareRunner to harass, deceive, or harm anyone.
• Do not attempt to break the service, bypass access controls, or scrape data.

Some features call third-party AI models (we call this layer Rosie). You agree that we may send your relevant data to those providers, subject to the Rosie Processing Disclosure. You can opt out of optional Rosie features in your settings.

Concierges only act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Any action with material impact (e.g. paying a bill, agreeing on your behalf) requires your explicit family approval.

The MVP is free. We will tell you in advance before any feature becomes paid.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

CareRunner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months (which today is zero for the MVP).

We may update these terms; we will ask you to re-accept material changes. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to where CareRunner is established. Disputes go to the competent courts in that jurisdiction unless local law gives you another right.
