CareRunner is a care-coordination and organizational-support platform. It is not a healthcare provider, law firm, financial institution, fiduciary, or emergency-response service.

Using CareRunner does not create a physician-patient, attorney-client, financial-adviser, or other professional relationship.

Not professional advice

Information provided through CareRunner or Rosie is for general organizational and care-coordination support. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, financial, tax, investment, or insurance advice.

Users should consult appropriately licensed professionals regarding consequential decisions. Users must not start, stop, or change a medication or treatment based solely on information from CareRunner or Rosie.

Rosie AI disclosure

Rosie is an artificial-intelligence assistant. AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

Human review is required before relying on Rosie for any medical, medication, safety, consent, legal, financial, or other consequential matter. Rosie must not independently diagnose, prescribe, modify medications, execute legal or financial transactions, or override the decisions of the user or an authorized professional.

Emergencies

CareRunner and Rosie are not emergency services and are not designed for urgent monitoring. If someone may be experiencing a medical or safety emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service immediately. Do not wait for a response from CareRunner or Rosie.

Privacy and authorized sharing

Only enter, upload, record, or share information that you are authorized to provide. Care Circle members must respect consent, role-based permissions, confidentiality, and minimum-necessary access.

Information may be stored and processed according to the CareRunner Privacy Notice, Terms of Use, applicable agreements, and AI Transparency Notice.

Regulatory and security scope

CareRunner is designed with privacy and security safeguards. Where applicable, properly configured, and supported by the required agreements and operational controls, CareRunner may support customers' HIPAA and GDPR obligations.

HIPAA or GDPR applicability depends on the parties' roles, contracts, configuration, data flows, operational practices, location, and intended use. No footer statement should be interpreted as a certification, legal conclusion, or guarantee of compliance.

Encryption and data residency are described only according to their verified technical scope. Statements that are not yet verified are not displayed.
