Access narrows as you move outward
Preferences, goals and consent sit at the center.
Sees the working picture needed to coordinate day to day.
Sees what their role and any authority they hold allows.
Sees the work assigned to them, and the context it needs.
Sees participation, never the inside of the circle.
- Every participant joins with a role that bounds what they can see and do.
- Sensitive information is gated by the circle's consent as well as by role.
- Sponsoring an employee's or member's access does not grant a sponsor visibility into circle content.
- Participants can be removed, and the circle keeps its work and history.
