A Care Concierge is the paid professional who keeps a family's care organized: booking and confirming appointments, chasing follow-ups, keeping documents and medication lists straight, and talking to providers on the family's behalf. You work inside the permissions the family grants you — nothing more — and everything you do leaves a record they can read. Concierges coordinate care; they never give medical advice or make medication decisions.
Every application is reviewed by a person. Access always follows permission.
How to become a Concierge
Four steps, in order. You'll know where you stand at each one.

Create an account
Sign up with your name and email. It takes a couple of minutes.

Submit your application
Tell us your experience, the languages you speak, what you handle, your rate and your weekly availability, and upload an ID.
- Step 3
Get reviewed
A real person on our team reviews every application. Approval is not automatic, and you can update your application while it's waiting.
- Step 4
Start coordinating care
Once approved, families can add you to a circle with the permissions they choose, and your Concierge workspace opens.

Only what you're allowed to see
Families decide which records, documents and details you can open. Sensitive items need their consent, and every access is recorded.
Coordination, not clinical care
You never give medical advice or make medication decisions. You organize, confirm and hand off — with a written record of what happened.
Paid for your time
You set your hourly rate when you apply. Approved work is tracked and paid out to the account you set up once.
